One of the first releases of this year brings our users an upgraded communication section with new features, multiple extra options, a better-looking interface, and a more user-friendly environment. 🔥
What you can find in the new communication section:
1. Reactions 🗣️
You can now react to messages with up to 5 emojis.
2. "More" button (represented by a 3-dot icon) 💬
This option allows you to do multiple actions, such as:
Reply - Allowing you to respond to a message directly.
Pin - Pin a message within your conversation to highlight it. It will automatically appear in a dedicated 'Pinned' section for easy access.
Edit - Once sent, you can modify your messages without deleting them.
Delete - Completely remove your message from the conversation.
3. Streamlined approval management ✅
When a user manually changes the status to waiting for approval, a generic system message appears in the communication section to allow users to approve or rework the post.
4. Go to the approval request 👉
Easily access approval request directly from the conversation. This feature lets you quickly find approval messages and navigate the conversation without missing the approval request.
5. View user cards 👤
Hovering over the user's profile picture shows you their profile card with the person's information.
It also allows you to reveal the time difference in the case of international teams.
