Kontentino is all about collaborating with others, streamlining approvals, and boosting team efficiency. Let us show you how to squeeze the most out of it.

1. Open Post Preview

- Open an existing post or create a new one and save it.

2. Locate Task Assignment and Send for Approval buttons

- On the bottom right side, find the Assign task and Send for approval buttons.

3. Task Assignment

- Click the Assign button to open the task assignment window.

- Select the assignee from your team.

- Leave instructions about the task.

- Decide if the task is urgent and whether to send an email notification to the assignee.

- Confirm by clicking the Assign button.

- The assignee will receive a task notification. Once it's marked as done, you'll receive a notification that the task is finished.

4. Send for Approval

- Click the Send for approval button.

- Choose the type of approval: Internal or Client.

- For Internal approval, select admin or manager roles. For Client approval, select client roles.

- You can also share the post externally via a link for colleagues outside of Kontentino.

Example: Select Client approval, choose the recipient, leave a message, and confirm.

- The client will receive a notification, review the post, and either approve it or ask for a rework with feedback.

5. Communication Section

- Feedback and direct communication appear in the Communication section.

- Two sections: Internal (for colleagues) and Client (for clients).

- Here, you can react to messages with emojis and add attachments.

- Additionally, you are able to view user information by hovering over their profile icon.

- The More option allows you to edit, pin, delete messages, or reply to a specific one.

- There is also a button that will take you directly to an approval request without scrolling through the conversation.

6. Activity Section

- This section shows you all changes made to the post, ensuring transparency and accountability.

7. Post Checklist

- Use the Post Checklist feature to ensure all criteria are met before a post goes live.

- Set criteria by selecting Add new.

- You can mark items as completed and see who completed each task and when.

Note that completing the checklist is optional, and you can proceed with scheduling even if some items are not completed.

8. Quick Bar

- Allows you to navigate through posts easily with arrow buttons.

- Additionally, you can copy links for internal or external usage.

9. Filter Posts by Status

- In the Calendar and other views, filter posts by their status, such as those awaiting client approval.

10. Time Savers feature

- Assign tasks or send posts for approval in bulk using the Time Savers feature.

- Select posts first (e.g., with the All option), then click on the Time Savers button, pick the action, and continue as usual.

- The recipient will receive only one notification with all the information instead of a single notification for every task.

11. Monitor Tasks with Dashboard

- On the right side of your screen, you have a quick overview of tasks assigned to you.

- Below this section, you can find all tasks related to specific posts sorted by user or channel.
