"How does my subscription renewal work?"
Monthly plans
If youâre on a monthly plan, your subscription renews automatically each month â no action needed.
Should you decide to cancel, simply contact us via the in-app chat or email cancelations@kontentino.com. Once canceled, weâll remove your saved payment methods, ensuring that no future charges are made.
Annual plans
If youâre on an annual plan, our team will contact you one month before your renewal date to confirm youâd like to continue.
We can also schedule a quick call to review your setup and make sure youâre getting the most out of Kontentino.
If you confirm renewal, your subscription will be automatically extended and charged to your previous payment method, unless you instruct us otherwise.
"My account is blocked - how can I reactivate it?"
If your account becomes blocked, it means we were unable to process your payment for three consecutive days.
Automatic email notifications are sent to the address listed under Settings â Billing dashboard â Billing alerts with details about the failed payment.
Common reasons include:
Insufficient funds
Card limit reached or expired card
Card or PayPal account blocked
Bank declined the transaction
No payment method saved in your billing dashboard
To regain access:
Log in to your Kontentino account.
Click Buy subscription to restart your plan.
If youâd like to use a new payment method, go to Settings â Billing dashboard â Payment methods and add your card or PayPal.

"I already paid, but my account is still inactive."
If you believe youâve made a payment but still canât access your account, start by confirming youâre logging into the correct company URL (e.g. yourcompany.kontentino.com
).
If the message still says your subscription has expired, it means the payment didnât go through successfully.
Successful payments automatically reactivate your account right away.
If you believe youâve already paid:
Take a screenshot of the âInvoicesâ section in your Billing dashboard.
Send it to us along with your payment confirmation (bank statement or PayPal receipt) via the in-app chat.
Weâll investigate - it might be that the payment was made in a different Kontentino account.
If no successful payment was made, simply follow the Buy subscription process again (guide here).
"I'd like to reactivate, but with a different plan."
Want to start using Kontentino again, but switch to a different subscription plan (for example, downgrade to fewer users or profiles)?
If your previous setup exceeds the limits of your new plan, please contact us via the Kontentino chat.

Our team will:
Temporarily unblock your account, so you can remove extra users and profiles.
Once thatâs done, you can select your new plan and proceed to purchase your subscription.
