Functionality

What post formats does Kontentino support?

Kontentino supports most formats available for native publishing, including single-image and video posts, Stories, Reels, carousels, galleries, and link posts. For a complete list of supported formats and detailed media specifications, check out this guide.

Can I manage multiple brands or accounts in Kontentino?

Yes. Kontentino makes it easy to manage multiple social media accounts and brands from one dashboard by selecting multiple profiles in the Profile selector. You can also create Profile Groups for a consolidated calendar view.

What is a social media profile?

A profile is a specific page/account on the social media platform, e.g., if you manage 2 Facebook business accounts, 2 Instagram pages, and 2 LinkedIn profiles, it is counted as 6 profiles.

Does Kontentino provide analytics and reporting?

Yes. Kontentino offers both post-level and page-level insights to track reach, engagement, and effectiveness of your Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn profiles.

Does Kontentino work only in a desktop version?

Can I reschedule, move, or duplicate posts across accounts in bulk?

Definitely. With Kontentino’s Time Savers features and drag & drop, you can reschedule, copy, or move posts across profiles in bulk in seconds.

Can I create content without scheduling it?

Of course. You can:

  • Save posts as Drafts, Private Drafts, or Waiting for Approval

  • Store ideas in the Post Ideas section

  • Add content as Inspiration to your Calendar

Can I edit posts after they’ve been scheduled?

Yes - you can edit any scheduled post in Kontentino as long as its publishing time is still in the future. The only exception is Facebook posts that are scheduled via the “Export in Advance” feature, which requires a different process. Does Kontentino include any AI tools for content management?

Yes! Kontentino integrates a range of built-in AI content tools designed specifically for social media managers. You can use the Enhance button to refine grammar, rewrite and expand captions, and generate optimized text. Users & Roles

Who counts as a user in Kontentino?

A user is anyone who takes action in Kontentino - whether it’s creating posts, uploading media, reviewing, or approving content. Clients are also considered users and therefore require a user seat.

What user roles are available in Kontentino?

  • Admin: Full access to manage all accounts

  • Manager: Manages only assigned accounts

  • Client: Reviews, approves, or rejects posts shared with them

  • Designer: Edits visuals in posts

  • Translator: Edits and translates post copy

  • Media Agency: Views and downloads social media content

Why does the Client role have limited access?

The Client role is designed to keep things simple and client-friendly. Clients can

  • See, comment, approve, or request changes on posts that were sent specifically to them for review

  • Add content ideas to the Inspirations calendar

  • Upload media into albums

This way, clients act as brand gatekeepers without getting lost in unnecessary details.

The clients do not need to register themselves; you invite them to Kontentino, and they only need to set up a password.

How many users can collaborate on one Kontentino account?

There’s no hard limit. The number of users depends on your subscription plan. For more than 30 users, contact us at sales@kontentino.com for custom pricing.

Trial & Getting Started

Can I see Kontentino before registering?

How does the 14-day trial work?

Your free trial gives you full access to all Kontentino features for 14 days - no credit card required. Need more time? Contact us via the support chat or at hello@kontentino.com.

What happens after the trial ends?

To continue, simply add your billing information and choose a plan. If you don’t, your account will expire and you’ll lose access to your social media calendar. You can reactivate anytime by renewing your subscription or contacting support.

Any scheduled posts will still be published after the trial ends.

How do I log in?

Each new user gets a unique login URL in the format: company.kontentino.com. Simply enter it into your browser, or visit kontentino.com and log in via the button in the top-right corner.

What subscription plans are available?

Do you offer any discounts?

Annual subscriptions include savings compared to monthly billing.

Also, Kontentino proudly supports nonprofits with a 50% lifetime discount. To claim this offer, simply provide a copy of your determination letter or another official document confirming your nonprofit status. Send us the proof via the in-app chat, and we’ll apply the discount to your account.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit and credit cards and PayPal.

How can I update my payment method?

To update your payment method, go to Settings → Billing dashboard → Payment methods and upload a new method. If you’d like to remove the old payment method, please contact us via the support chat in Kontentino.

Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?

You can update your plan (the number of users, profiles, or features) or payment details anytime in the billing dashboard. To cancel your plan, contact our support team via live chat or email cancelations@kontentino.com to finalize.

My subscription expired - can I renew it?

Yes. You can renew it by purchasing a new plan. Log in to your existing account, where you’ll be redirected to your Billing dashboard.

Where can I find the invoices for accounting purposes?

You can easily download the invoices anytime from your Billing dashboard → Invoices.

How is tax calculated?

The tax is calculated based on the type of business you perform (an individual or a company) as well as the country you specify in the billing address section in the Billing dashboard.

If you are a company, and:

  • You are located in the European Union, and you have provided a valid VAT (enterprise) number – no tax is applied.

  • You are located outside the European Union, and you have provided a Business ID – no tax is applied.

  • You are located in Slovakia – the tax 23% is applied.

If you are an individual, and:

  • You are located in the European Union – the tax of the country you are located in is applied.

  • You are located outside the European Union – the tax of Slovakia (Kontentino HQ) is applied.

Refund Policy

Do you offer refunds?

No. Kontentino subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are non-refundable - including early termination, downgrades, or discontinued use.

Data & Privacy

Where is my data stored?

Your data is securely hosted in the EU (Frankfurt, Germany). For enterprise customers, we also offer options for customized data storage regions.

Is Kontentino GDPR compliant?

Yes. As an EU-based company, Kontentino has been fully GDPR compliant since 2018, ensuring your data is handled securely.
