FAQs

Can I turn off all notifications?

You can disable all email notifications, but in-app notifications are always active. This ensures you can still see activity when logged in.

Why don’t I see certain notification types?

Some notifications only appear based on your role and permissions.
For example, Task assignments only appear if your role allows task assignments.

Will I receive duplicate notifications?

Yes, if multiple channels are enabled (e.g., email + in-app), you will receive notifications through each channel.

How do I stop email notifications for post comments?

Go to My account → Notification settings, find Post comments, and disable the Email toggle.
You will still receive in-app notifications.

Can I receive notifications as a daily digest?

No. Notifications are sent in real time.
To reduce volume, disable email notifications for less important updates.

Do notification settings sync across devices?

  • Email and in-app settings sync across devices and browsers
