FAQs
Can I have multiple social accounts connected at once?
Yes. You can connect multiple accounts per platform. For example, several Facebook Pages or LinkedIn Company Pages can be connected simultaneously. Each connected account will appear in the Profile Selector.
What happens if my token expires?
Scheduled posts will fail to publish if your token expires. You will receive a notification about the failure. To fix it, reconnect your account and reschedule the failed posts.
How do I know when my token is about to expire?
Kontentino shows a warning icon (⚠️) when a token expires within 14 days. The exact expiration date is also displayed below the platform name in the Authorization section.
Can I use Kontentino on multiple devices at the same time?
Yes. You can stay logged into Kontentino on multiple devices simultaneously.
What’s the difference between Connect and Reconnect?
Connect – used for the initial authorization when no account is linked
Reconnect – used to refresh an existing connection (for example, when a token expires or permissions change)
How do shared access tokens work?
Shared access tokens allow other team members with access to the same profiles in Kontentino to publish posts using your social media connection.
This is useful when one person has admin access to a social media page, but multiple people need to schedule posts. The token owner must keep their connection active for posts to publish successfully.
