Scheduling is one of the key features of Kontentino.

The whole process is very simple and fast, and you also have multiple options on how to schedule your content.

First of all, make sure your profile is connected.

- Check the Profile selector in the top left corner of your screen.

- If there is no red button, your profile is connected.

In case you need to reconnect your profile, click on the Reconnect button and follow the displayed instructions.

1. Open or Create a Post

- Open an existing post or create a new one.

- Save the post.

- The post's live preview will appear on the left side of your screen.

2. Edit Scheduled Date and Time

- In the post's preview, find the scheduled date and time.

- Click on the date and time to edit it.

3. Check Post Completion Widget

- Look at the Post completion widget.

- It will display any scheduling errors and provide instructions to resolve them.

- If there are no errors, click the Schedule button.

⭐️ NOTE: You can also schedule Dark Posts, which are sponsored posts targeted at specific audiences and which do not appear on public timelines and feeds.

4. Publish Now Option

- Kontentino offers a 'Publish now' option for Facebook.

- This option bypasses the API limitation of 10 minutes for immediate publishing.

- For other platforms, schedule the post for the next minute for immediate publishing.

5. Utilize Time Savers Feature

- Click the Time Savers button above your Calendar.

- Choose the option to schedule multiple posts simultaneously.

- Select the posts you want to schedule and click Schedule.

6. View Scheduled Posts with Filters

- Use the Filters feature in the top right corner.

- Click the filter icon, hover over Status, and choose Scheduled.

- This will filter and display only the scheduled posts.

7. Switch to Board View

- Click the 'Board' button above your calendar.

- Your posts will be organized by status.

- Move your screen slightly to the right to find the Scheduled column with all the scheduled posts.
