Analytics is a powerful tool that helps you view your content's statistics, performance, and compare it to your benchmarks and competitors.

This guide will help you find your way in the world of graphs and numbers.

1. How to access Analytics📊

- Navigate to the menu in the left navigation bar.

- Connect the pages you want to view in the analytics and follow the instructions provided.

2. Select Section 👈🏻

- At the top of your screen, choose one of the three sections to view: Post Performance, Page Performance, or Competition Analysis.

3. Post Performance Section 📥

- Open the Post Performance section.

- Select the time range for the post statistics you want to view.

- View the numbers of all posts published in the selected time period.

4. View Metrics Summary 📈

- At the top, see the metrics summary for overall results according to specific metrics for the selected time period.

- Below the summary, view the top-performing posts based on specific metrics like Reach or Impressions.

5. Detailed Metric View 📚

- For a detailed view of a specific metric, select the metric in the filter or click on the metric card in the summary.

Example: To view Reach, see the list of all posts sorted by their performance, with the highest reach posts at the top.

⭐️ NOTE: You can also filter posts by specific types, such as Photo or Video posts.

6. Post Details and Benchmarks 🎯

- For each post, you can see its preview, the result for the selected metric, and a benchmark.

- The benchmark shows average performance for similar posts over the past 6 months.

- The percentage indicates the specific post's performance compared to the benchmark.

- View the amount spent on boosting the post and the used objective.

- For all metrics of a specific post, select Show more to see detailed views and the option to see the post live on social media.

8. How to download a report ⤵️

- To download a report from the Post Performance section, click the icon on the top right side of your screen.

- Now, you can export all analytics to a PDF format.

9. Page Performance Section 🤸🏻‍♀️

- Open the Page Performance section.

- View the overall results for your page within a specific time period.

- Metrics are displayed in graphs for the selected time period.

- Expand graphs for a more detailed view.

10. Compare Feature 🤲🏻

- Use the Compare feature to compare page performance within two different periods, such as quarters or months.

- Here, you can export all analytics to a CSV file for download.

11. Competition Analysis Section 🥇

- Open the Competition Analysis section.

- Select the profiles for comparison using the page's social media URL.

- Competition analysis is available for Facebook and Instagram.

- View all numbers related to posts within a specified time period for the selected profiles.
