One of the best features of Kontentino is its collaboration -- you can invite users to work together on posts, ideas, tasks, and approvals.
Our guide will take you through the necessary steps to set it up and assign different roles to users as needed. 👇🏻
How to invite a user?
Go to Settings in the left side panel
Click Users
Click New User
Pick a role and fill out the other required fields
Click Invite
Select the pages you want the user to have access to
Click Assign
⭐️ NOTE: In the next step, you can either assign more profiles or proceed to the next step by clicking Done.
In case you want to edit a user:
Go to Settings
Click Users
Click on the profile
Click Edit in the top right corner
Once finished, click Save
⭐️ NOTE: To remove a user, click the red bin icon in the top right corner.
You will receive a notification that the user has been deleted. If you want to see all the deleted users or restore them, click the Show deleted users button in the Users section and press Restore.
