To successfully connect your Facebook account to a Kontentino, ensure that:
✔ You have Admin access to the Facebook Page you want to connect.
✔ Your Facebook account is linked to the correct Business Manager (if applicable).
✔ You have granted all necessary permissions for third-party access.
🔹 Step 1: Check Your Facebook Page Role
Go to Facebook.com and log in.
Navigate to your Facebook Page and click on Settings (Switch to Page Account of needed).
Select Page Setup → Page Access.
Under Existing Roles, check if your account is listed as an Admin.
✅ If you see "Admin" under your name, you have the necessary access.
❌ If not, ask an existing Admin to grant you Admin access.
🔹 Step 2: How to Become an Admin (If You’re Not One)
If you are not an admin, ask an existing Admin to follow these steps:
The admin needs to go to "Page Access" and invite you under People with Facebook Access.
You'll need to accept the invitation in your Facebook notifications.
🔹 Step 3: Ensure Your Facebook Page Is Linked to the Right Business Manager
Go to Facebook Business Manager.
Click Business Settings → Accounts → Pages.
Find your Facebook Page and check if it's properly linked.
✔ If your page is missing, request access from an admin or add it manually.
🔹 Step 4: Check Third-Party App Permissions
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner.
Go to Facebook Settings & Privacy → Settings.
Check the "Your Activity and Permissions" section → Apps and Websites and find Kontentino.
Please ensure the app has all necessary permissions (especially access to manage pages).
✔ If the app is listed but not working, try removing and re-adding it.
🔹 Step 5: Try Connecting Again
Enable pop-ups in your browser (Facebook login may require them).
Clear cache & cookies to prevent login issues.
Log out and log back into Facebook.
Try connecting Facebook again in your Kontentino.
