Who counts as a user in Kontentino?
A user is anyone who performs actions in Kontentino. This can be creating posts, uploading media, reviewing or approving content, or analyzing the performance of published content. Even clients invited to approve or comment on posts count as users, since they occupy a user seat. When calculating your plan, think about your entire collaboration chain — from managers to designers to clients.
What is a profile?
A profile represents a single social media account (e.g., one Facebook Page, one Instagram profile, one LinkedIn Page). The number of profiles you connect to Kontentino determines how many channels you can manage from one dashboard.
For example, if you manage five brands across four social platforms each, that’s 20 profiles, so the Standard plan with the limit of 40 profiles would be a great fit.
Note: Kontentino plans come with different profile limits — Starter and Starter+ include 10 social media profiles, the Standard plan includes 40 profiles, and the Unlimited custom plan supports 40+ profiles.
