💳 Managing your billing details in Kontentino is quick and simple. Whether you need to update company info, change your payment method, or adjust billing alerts, you can do it all right from your Billing Dashboard.
Billing information
To update your company details (name, address, Business ID, or VAT ID), go to Settings → Billing Dashboard → Billing Information. After editing, don’t forget to click Save at the bottom of the page.
Payment method
To add a new payment method, head to Settings → Billing Dashboard → Payment Methods and click + New.
If you have multiple payment methods added to your Billing dashboard, the system will always attempt to charge the one marked as “default” first.
If that payment fails, Kontentino will automatically try your other saved methods - once per day, for up to three consecutive days.
If all automatic payment attempts fail within those three days, your account will be temporarily blocked until the payment is completed manually.
If you’d like to remove an existing payment method, please contact us via the in-app chat in Kontentino, and we’ll take care of it for you.
Billing alerts email
To change the email address for billing alerts (for example, failed payment notifications), go to Settings → Billing Dashboard → Billing Alerts and update the contact email. If you don’t want to receive any notifications, simply leave the field blank.
