Client guide: Set up & overview of Kontentino

Your Kontentino journey starts when you receive an email invitation from your team.
You don’t need to register manually — simply click “Enter your account” in the invitation email. Then log in using your email address and the pre-generated password included in the message.

Once you’re in, you can take a quick product tour with our colleague Chiara, who’ll walk you through Kontentino’s main features and help you get comfortable right away.

You can personalize your Kontentino account in just a few clicks.

Head to Your profile → My account (bottom left corner) to:

✨ Pro tip: Adding your photo and details helps your collaborator easily recognize you in comments and approvals.

Stay in the loop with the right notifications.
Go to Your profile → Notification settings to customize which email updates you receive.

We recommend keeping all notifications on to ensure you don’t miss new comments, messages, or requests for approvals.

Inside Kontentino, you’ll also find a Notifications section for quick in-app updates:

Once you’ve caught up on everything, you can click Mark all as read to clear your list.

Download it now for iOS or Android and keep your workflow running smoothly anytime, anywhere. Use the same login details (email address and password) as you used when logging into the desktop version of Kontentino.
