January is all about removing friction. We’ve improved the Move posts experience so you can reorganize content across profiles faster, with fewer clicks and way more control over dates. If you’re juggling multiple brands, regions, or calendars, this one’s for you.
🔄 Improved Move posts modal
Moving posts between social media profiles just got a serious upgrade.
You can now move posts with fewer steps and choose exactly how their publishing dates should behave:
Keep the original date – perfect when switching profiles without changing your plan
Shift posts forward – move everything by 7 days, 30 days, or by a custom number of days
Set a custom date and time right away
How to move a single post
Open the post in the calendar
Click the three dots in the top‑right corner
Select Move
Choose the target profile, content plan, and date option
Hit Move posts
💡 Pro tip: Right-click on the post card in the calendar to open the context menu. Here, you can find actions like Move, Duplicate, Copy link, Delete, and more!
💡 Pro tip #2: Drag-and-drop a post into the Drop to move area (bottom part of the calendar) to move a post without having to open it!
How to move posts in bulk
You can also move multiple posts at once using Timesavers:
Select posts directly in the calendar
Click Timesavers (top right)
Choose Move
Set a custom date for each post if needed
Hit Move posts
Why it matters
Plans change. Clients change their minds. Profiles get mixed up. With the improved Move posts modal, you can fix and reorganize content in seconds instead of manually rescheduling everything. Whether you’re moving one post or an entire campaign, you stay in control of timing without breaking your content flow.
This makes reorganizing campaigns, fixing mistakes, or repurposing content across profiles faster and much more flexible.
🚀 What this means for you
Less manual work, fewer clicks, and more control when plans change (because they always do).
