May was about removing friction — a faster way to invite users, sharper translations, and quicker ways to turn an idea into a scheduled post. Here's everything that landed in your account this month.
1. Magic link & invite link for new users
No password needed.
Forgotten passwords, reset flows, complex onboarding for new teammates — none of that anymore. Enter your email, click the link we send, and you're in. No password required, ever.
How it works:
Go to your Kontentino login page and click on Use magic link instead
Fill in your e-mail address
You'll receive a Magic Link in your inbox
Click the link — you're signed in immediately, no password needed
Inviting a teammate or client?
Admins and Managers can copy a shareable invitation link — right after sending an invite, or any time from the Users list. The recipient clicks once and lands directly inside the account. No setup, no friction.
🌶️ Power user tip: Copy the invite link straight from the users list and drop it into your own onboarding message or chat — no need to wait on the invitation email.
Good to know:
If an invitation has already been accepted, the link will no longer be active — you'll see a confirmation note.
Invite links are only available for pending invitations. Existing users won't have a link option, and you'll be notified if you try.Admins and Managers can now copy an invitation link directly — either right after sending an invite, or any time from the users list. 2. AI Translations with Brand Profile
Stop settling for generic translations that sound off-brand. When translating a post, you can now select a Brand Profile to guide the AI — it adapts tone, vocabulary, and style to match your brand's voice across every market.
How it works:
Create a Global Post in the Global Content Manager
Assign local Brand Profiles to the post
For each local profile, the AI Translation option becomes available separately — so every market gets a translation tailored to its own brand voice
Need to fix the visuals too?
You can edit translated images directly in the post — change overlaid text, match brand colors, fix overflowing text, or extract a font style from a reference image. No more off-brand translations slipping through.
Note: AI Translations with Brand Profile is part of the Global Content Manager. If you're not sure whether this feature is available on your plan, reach out to our support team.

Brand Profiles need to be set up in advance in the Brand Hub
Image editing is done directly in the post composer, no external tools needed
3. Turn an inspiration into a post by dragging
Drag an inspiration straight from the calendar into the posts panel and it becomes a scheduled post on the spot! You can also drag inspirations between days, duplicate them while dragging, and browse them in a side panel with auto-scroll.
4. X Premium — schedule posts up to 25,000 characters
If you're on a paid X account (Basic, Premium, or Premium+), you can now schedule long-form posts up to 25,000 characters directly from Kontentino. No setup needed — Kontentino detects your subscription tier automatically.
Note: Free X accounts are limited to the standard 280 characters
5. A cleaner client review experience
The client review experience just got lighter and faster.
What changed:
Post ideas and posts now live in one combined list — no more switching between separate views. Note: Post Ideas are posts without a set date and time, which is why they don't appear in the calendar view.
Bulk approvals are available under Time Savers — sign off on multiple posts at once without opening each one individually
Navigation has been reordered so clients find what they need faster, with no hand-holding required
