June was about stability and visibility β connections that stay connected, and one less tool to check for TikTok performance. Here's everything that landed in your account this month.
1. A more stable way to connect your Meta profiles
If your Facebook or Instagram connection keeps breaking, you're likely using a standard connection method β based directly on Facebook page roles. It works fine for a single page managed by one person, but the underlying token isn't built for stable, high-volume use. If the person who connected the page changes their Facebook password, or Meta adjusts their access, the connection can quietly break β sometimes without anyone noticing until a scheduled post fails to publish.
Safe Connect fixes this by authenticating through a Meta Business Portfolio instead of a personal Facebook profile. Because access is managed at the portfolio level, the connection doesn't depend on any single person's individual Facebook login β so it isn't affected by that person's password changes or session expiry.
How it works:
In Meta Business Suite, assign the pages you manage to a Business Portfolio (required before Safe Connect will work)
In Kontentino, go to your Connections page and click Safe Connect next to the profile
Select the Business Portfolio and choose which pages to connect
Good to know:
Switching to Safe Connect doesn't affect your existing scheduled or published content β Kontentino only checks the connection at the moment a post is published, so migrating is non-destructive
Instagram only works with Safe Connect if it's a professional account linked to a Facebook Page β a standalone Instagram account won't appear, even if it's inside the Business Portfolio
You need Full (Admin) access to the page within the Business Portfolio for it to show up as available β check this under Meta Business Suite β Settings β People β your name β Business assets β Pages
Managing a client's page you don't own? Use "Request to share access to a Facebook Page" inside your Business Portfolio β it brings the page in without requiring ownership
2. TikTok analytics (Beta)
TikTok post performance is now trackable inside your analytics dashboard, alongside Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
What you'll see:
Video views and reach
Engagement rate
Best time to post
Audience breakdown by age
Note: This is currently in Beta. Contact our support team for early access.
3. Invite collaborators by sharing a link
Skip the email β invite teammates or clients by sharing a link directly.
How it works:
Go to Settings β Users β Invite user
Fill in all data and click Invite user
Now Copy the link and send however works best β Slack, WhatsApp, or anywhere else
Alternatively, you can click the three dots next to a name and copy from there.
Please note, that is option is only available if the user has not yet accepted their invitation.
Note: This is useful when email invites get caught by corporate firewalls or lost in spam folders
