If you see this error message in Kontentino, it means that while trying to sync your data with LinkedIn, the LinkedIn page was not found, or it's not linked to your account.
In other words, you need to check if the LinkedIn page hasn't been deleted/blocked, or if you have sufficient permissions to connect that LinkedIn page to Kontentino.
By following these few steps, you should be able to resolve the problem in no time:
1. Check if your LinkedIn page is not deactivated, deleted, or blocked.
Search for the company page: Use the LinkedIn search bar to look up your company name. If the page doesn’t appear or you see a “Page not found” error, it may be deactivated, removed, or no longer connected to your account.
Check your admin access: Log in to your personal LinkedIn account, click on your profile picture (Me), navigate to the Manage section, and find your company. If the page isn’t listed or you get an error when trying to access it, the page may be blocked or deactivated.
Review LinkedIn emails: Check the inbox linked to your LinkedIn account for messages about your company page. Deactivation emails usually include a Reactivate button. If the page was permanently removed, LinkedIn typically sends a notice about policy violations.
2. Check your role on the LinkedIn company profile.
Log in to your LinkedIn personal account
Click on your profile picture (Me), navigate to the Manage section, and find the company:
- If the company is not listed there, you need to ask the Super admin of the company page for admin access.
- If the company is listed there, select it and navigate to the Settings section.
Check your role: In Settings, go to Manage admins and check your role (e.g., Super admin, Content admin, Analyst) - it will be listed next to your name.
❗ Make sure you have either Super admin or Content admin role to be able to connect your profiles to Kontentino.
3. Remove Kontentino integration on LinkedIn.
Go to your personal LinkedIn account → click on your profile pictire (Me) → Settings & Privacy → Data privacy → Permitted Services → find Kontentino and click on Remove:
4. Reconnect LinkedIn in Kontentino.
After removing the Kontentino integration from LinkedIn, refresh your connection directly in Kontentino:
Go to Kontentino → My Profile → Authorization
Click Reconnect next to LinkedIn
Log in to your personal LinkedIn account and hit Allow to grant Kontentino all permissions
Select the LinkedIn pages you’d like to manage in Kontentino
Click Add profile
