If you see this error message in Kontentino, it means that while trying to sync your data with Facebook, the Facebook page was not found, or it's not linked to your account.
In other words, you need to check if the Facebook page hasn't been deleted/blocked or if you have sufficient permissions.
By following these few steps, you should be able to resolve the problem in no time.
1. Check if your LinkedIn page is not deactivated/deleted, or blocked.
2. Check your role on the LinkedIn company profile.
Log in to your LinkedIn profile > click on the company profile on the left panel menu > once you're on the company profile, you can already see what your role is next to the profile name > to change your role go to Admin tools > Manage admins and make sure that your role is set to Superadmin.
3. Remove Kontentino integration on LinkedIn.
Go to your LinkedIn account > click on Settings & Privacy > Permitted Services > find Kontentino and click on Remove:
4. Log in to LinkedIn in Kontentino's Social Login.
Once the integration is removed, go back to Kontentino to My profile > Social Login > LinkedIn or click here and log in to your LinkedIn profile:
