Did your LinkedIn posts fail to publish, or can you not connect your LinkedIn profile to Kontentino? Here are 4 simple steps that will help you solve it:
1. Check your role on the LinkedIn company profile
Log in to your LinkedIn profile > click on the company profile on the left panel menu > go to Settings > Manage admins and ensure your role is set to Super admin or Content admin.
2. Remove Kontentino integration on LinkedIn
Go to your LinkedIn account > click on your profile image > Settings & Privacy > Data privacy > Permitted Services > find Kontentino and click on Remove:
3. Log in to LinkedIn in Kontentino's Social Login
Once the integration is removed, go back to Kontentino to My profile > Social Login > LinkedIn or click here and log in to your LinkedIn profile:
4. Reconnect your LinkedIn profile in the Kontentino profile settings
Go to Settings > Profiles > click on Edit of your LinkedIn profile > scroll down and click on Remove authorization:
Then select Sign in with LinkedIn > connect the profile again > Save the setting:
Now you're all set! Go and try to schedule your post, or connect your LinkedIn profile.
