As a client, your Kontentino access is streamlined so you can focus only on what matters most — giving feedback and sharing content your agency can use.
While you can’t create posts from scratch, you can share images, files, and content ideas (Inspirations) directly inside Kontentino to keep the creative process moving smoothly.
Sharing Images
The Media Library is your go-to place for uploading and organizing visuals for your agency.
Here’s how:
Go to the Media Library.
Create a new album or open an existing one.
Upload your images directly from your device.
Your agency will then be able to access and use these visuals when creating your social media posts.
💡 Pro tip: Use albums to group visuals by campaign, product, or season for easier collaboration.
Sharing Files
Need to send your agency additional materials — like brand guidelines, videos, or reference documents?
You can do that straight from the communication section under any post.
Click the attachment icon 📎 and upload your file.
Tag the right person using @name to make sure it reaches them.
Once it's sent, use the three dots (⋯) next to your file to edit, delete, or pin it to the top for quick reference.
This makes it easy to keep all supporting files, links, and visuals in one place — right where your team is working.
Sharing Content Ideas (Inspirations)
Have a campaign idea, event, or upcoming launch you want your agency to know about?
Use Inspirations to share your ideas directly in Kontentino’s calendar.
To create an Inspiration:
Hover over any date in the Calendar View.
Click the “+” button and describe your idea in the text box.
Turn on the recurring toggle if the event happens every year (e.g., company anniversary).
You can also create Inspirations from the List View.
Switch between different views (Calendar, List, Board, or Grid — Instagram only) by hovering over the left navigation panel.
💡 Pro tip: Inspirations help your agency plan ahead — so don’t hesitate to share even early-stage ideas!
