I don't have an account yet. How do I sign up?
If you haven’t registered yet, sign up for a free 14-day trial here. Simply enter your email address, hit Continue, fill in your details and set up your password. After that, add a few details about yourself in a simple clicking flow.
You don’t need to add any credit card or billing details until you’re ready to upgrade to a paid plan.
I have an account. How do I log in to Kontentino?
Logging in is easy, whether you already have an account or you’re just getting started.
If you already have an account, go to www.kontentino.com and click the Login button in the top-right corner. Fill in your email and password or choose one of the available social logins (Google, Facebook or Apple).
You can also log in directly via the URL: https://auth.kontentino.com/login or clicking the image below.
If you're working in multiple workspaces under the same e-mail, you'll be able to select the preferred workspace to work in after logging in.
How do I reset my password?
Resetting your password takes just a few clicks, so you’ll be back in your account in no time.
Go to your company’s unique URL: https://company.kontentino.com/login, or https://auth.kontentino.com/login and click “Forgot your password?”
Enter your email address and hit “Send reset code.”
Check your inbox for the recovery email (if it’s not there, don’t forget to check your spam folder).
Use the recovery code by clicking on the “Reset password” button, or simply copy-paste the verification code to enter it into the “Reset code“ field and click on Continue.
Create a new password, click on “Reset password“, and log back in with your updated credentials.
Can I sign in without a password?
Yes! There is an option called Magic link.
On the login page, click on Use magic link instead.
Enter your email address and hit Continue with email
Check your inbox for the email with magic link (if it’s not there, don’t forget to check your spam folder).
Click on the blue button in the email or fill in the 8-digit code on the login page.
