Publish now does exactly what it says - it sends your post live immediately, without setting a future date or time.
Instead of scheduling, your content is published the moment you click the button.
When to Use “Publish Now”
Use it when timing matters:

How to Publish Immediately
Step-by-Step Instructions
Open your post
Navigate to the post and open the detail view.Open the Schedule dropdown
In the footer, find the green Schedule button (clock icon) and click the dropdown arrow (▼).Select “Publish now”
Choose Publish now from the dropdown.Review warnings (if any)
If validation warnings appear:Click Confirm to proceed
Or Cancel to fix issues
Wait for confirmation
You’ll see: “Your post is being scheduled please wait.”
Once complete, your post is live - the status will change to Posted and you can access the published post by clicking the See post button in the bottom right corner.
Instagram Publishing Options
Instagram requires one extra step—you’ll choose how the post is published:
Manual Publishing (Mobile App)
How it works: You receive a push notification 5 minutes before publishing and complete it in the Instagram app
Best for: Posts needing final edits (stickers, music, location tags)
Requires: Kontentino app + Instagram app
Direct Publishing (Automatic)
How it works: Kontentino publishes the post automatically
Best for: Finalized content with no edits needed

Publish now: Goes live immediately
Export in advance: Sends to Facebook’s native scheduler
Can I cancel after clicking “Publish now”?
No. Once triggered, the post is live.
To remove it, delete it directly on the social platform.
Why isn’t it available for LinkedIn or Twitter?
These platforms don’t support immediate publishing via API.
