Content Plans in Kontentino help you organize your content based on a specific goal, campaign, time period, or any structure that makes sense for your workflow. Instead of having all posts mixed together, you can group them into clear categories - making planning, navigation, and reporting much easier.
You can use Content Plans for:
Campaigns (e.g. Product XYZ launch)
Time-based planning (e.g. Spring 2026)
Strategic goals (e.g. Engagement boost – Summer 2026)
Any custom categorization that fits your needs
Each Content Plan is defined by a time range and can be assigned to specific social media profiles. Once created, you can filter your calendar by Content Plans to quickly focus on a specific set of posts.
How to create a Content Plan
Click the + Create button in the top-left corner
Select Content plan
Fill in:
Content plan name
Time range
Profiles the plan should apply to
Click Create
How to assign a post to a Content Plan
Open the post creation or editing modal
Go to the Date and time section
Select a Content plan
Save the post
How to filter posts by Content Plan
Go to the Calendar
Click the Filters icon in the top-right corner
Select Content plan
Choose one or more Content Plans
How to manage Content Plans
To view and manage your Content Plans:
Go to Settings (bottom-left corner)
Navigate to Profiles
Select a profile that has the Content Plan assigned
Click Content plans
From there, hover over a Content Plan to access available actions:
View content within the plan
Edit (name and time range)
Merge with another Content Plan
Export content (text, images, or full content as PDF)
Archive (can be restored later)
Clone/Duplicate (to the same or a different profile)
Delete the Content Plan permanently with all its content
